How to get Soul Buff if you are below level 370?
Simple!During Channel War, Monday- Friday gametime 06:00 – 07:00, Mortals level 370 or lower can get the soul of Limits buff for a time duration of 1 hour.
Go to the Civil Delegate of your server, means when you are citizen 1, you need to talk to the Civil Delegate in server 1.
Put a Lak scrap in your inventory then talk to the Civil Delegate.
You will have a Soul of Limits Buff for exactly 1 hour.
It gives you these points:
2,000 Strength – Fixed Bonus Stat
2,000 Intelligence – Fixed Bonus Stat
and
10,000 HP – Fixed Bonus Stat
All points are fixed. Means, if you already have 1,000 Int, it wont give you 3,000 Int, it will stay only 2,000 Int, 2,000 Str and 10,000 HP
